About product

British ammunition crate 1:72 — Firma49

This detail set holds a 3D-printed resin British ammunition crate in 1:72 scale. It is not a vehicle kit but a scenic accessory that brings dioramas and military scenes of the Second World War period and later to life.

Use

  • Rounding out vehicle loads, pallets and depot scenes
  • Raising the realism of dioramas and display-case compositions
  • Can be combined with ordinary models of hardware in 1:72 scale

Tips for working it

Before removing the supports we recommend dipping the part in hot water: the resin softens slightly and the risk of chipping drops. Once it has cooled, the material regains its original hardness. The part can be sanded and drilled as usual, is glued with cyanoacrylate and can be painted with ordinary modeling paints.

Who the accessory is for

For modelers and diorama builders who want to give their scenes small but faithful details of field equipment.

This is a resin scenic accessory, not a kit. Paints and glue are not included in the package.
