It is not a helicopter model but an accessory that is worked into a finished kit. The castings are supplied unpainted.
The Boeing Vertol CH-46 Sea Knight is a tandem-rotor transport helicopter, that is, a machine with two counter-rotating main rotors and no tail rotor. It entered service in the mid-1960s and became the main medium transport of the US Navy and the Marine Corps. It carried squads of troops, cargo in the hold and as a slung load, and served to resupply ships at sea. The CH-46D version was an upgraded variant with more powerful engines. With the Marine Corps the Sea Knight lasted half a century before tiltrotors replaced it.
First wash the castings in warm soapy water so that the mold release agent disappears. Cut the casting blocks off with a fine saw, do not snap them, and level the surface with a file; wear respiratory protection when sanding resin. The set is usually worked into the plastic through a cutout, so mark the shape in pencil and cut with a margin that you then sand back. Dry-fit everything until the part seats without pressure. It is bonded with super glue, and gaps are filled with putty or a thicker filled glue. Paint and shade the cabin interior before you close it with the glazing, after that it is out of reach.
This is an accessory, not a helicopter kit. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
