This sheet set of waterslide decals is meant for models of the four-engine Consolidated B-24 Liberator bomber in the H version. The decals make it possible to finish a model to one particular form, including national insignia and fuselage markings. The model itself, the paints and the glue are not included in the package.
The Consolidated B-24 Liberator was an American four-engine heavy bomber with a characteristic high-mounted Davis wing and twin rudders. The H version was marked by a nose turret, which raised the defense against head-on attacks by fighters. Liberators were deployed in large numbers over Europe and in the Pacific and were among the most numerously built American bombers of the war.
Cut the decals close to the marking and transfer them from lukewarm water onto a smooth gloss varnish so that no silvering occurs. Larger areas and combat markings are easier to settle with softening and setting solution. Seal the finished markings with a protective varnish to the gloss you want.
