Douglas P-70 Nighthawk canopy masks 1:72 (MH models)

A set of painting airbrush masks from MH models for a model of the American Douglas P-70 Nighthawk night fighter, which came out of a conversion of the twin-engine A-20 Havoc, in 1:72 scale. This is not an airplane model but an accessory for masking the canopy glazing and its framing accurately while spraying. The masks are cut from a self-adhesive masking film and they follow the shape of the frames.

Use

• Stick the pre-cut pieces onto the glazing and the canopy framing
• Mask the other glazed areas to the extent the set covers
• Spray the paint with an airbrush, with nothing seeping under the edge of the mask
• Peel the masks off once the paint has dried to reveal cleanly outlined frames

Who the set is for

The accessory will appeal to builders of the Douglas P-70 Nighthawk in 1:72 scale who want to save the time spent outlining the canopy frames by hand and to reach sharp transitions between the glazing and the frame.
