A set of technical stencils in 1:72 scale from the manufacturer Print Scale, executed as dry transfers. The sheet contains the small maintenance and service lettering for the F-4 Phantom II fighter. It serves to complete and refine the markings of a model; the model of the aircraft itself has to be bought separately.
The McDonnell Douglas F-4 Phantom II was an American two-seat supersonic multirole fighter that served with a number of air forces around the world. The real machines carried a large amount of small technical lettering, which brings a model markedly to life.
Dry transfers are transferred by pressure (by rubbing over them) onto a dry, smooth and ideally glossy surface, without using water. Work deliberately, because a transferred motif can no longer be moved. After the transfer it is advisable to seal the surface with a clear coat.
This is a set of dry transfers, not a model. The kit itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
