An injection-molded plastic kit in 1:72 scale from PST. The model captures the Soviet PARM-1 mobile repair workshop of the Second World War. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The PARM-1 was a mobile field workshop built on the chassis of the Soviet ZIS-6 truck with a 6x4 axle arrangement. It served for small and medium repairs to equipment directly in the field and carried workshop equipment and tools inside. The robust ZIS-6 chassis proved itself for a range of specialized bodies.
Assemble the chassis and the drivetrain, then the cab and the repair body. The wheels and tires can be painted separately for a cleaner result. Glue the plastic with liquid cement and fine-tune the patina with washes and dust pigments for a faithful field look.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
