The Fokker F.VIIb/3m plastic kit in 1:72 scale from the Czech manufacturer Valom — a three-engine airliner of the late 1920s.
Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the three-engine airliner Fokker F.VIIb/3m in 1:72 scale from the Czech manufacturer Valom. The short-run model combines injection-molded plastic parts with resin engines and photo-etched detail and holds decals for two civil marking options.
The Fokker F.VIIb/3m was a three-engine airliner of the second half of the 1920s with a high-set wing. Thanks to its reliability and good range it became one of the most successful airliners of its era, and it was flown by airlines and by long-distance flyers all over the world.
With a short-run model, expect careful cleaning up and some adjusting of the fit of the parts, above all of the engine nacelles. Wash the resin engines to remove the mold release agent and cut off the casting blocks, and glue the photo-etched parts with cyanoacrylate glue. For clean civil finishes an airbrush and a gloss varnish under the decals work well.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
