Responsibility details are not available.
Figures in 1:72 scale capturing French commandos walking. The numeral four in the name sets the order of the set within the series that Dynamo-Models is extending step by step. Details of the contents of the pack are not stated here. The set can be obtained on its own, according to which number is missing from your arrangement.
The credibility of a marching scene stands or falls with the base. Worn ruts, a muddy edge to the roadway, fallen branches and a shallow ditch do more for the overall impression than the finest paintwork on the figures. It is worth keeping the road surface lighter than the surrounding greenery so that the figures stand out against the background and do not merge into it. Boot prints in the soft road shoulder and a few stones protruding from a muddy track anchor the scene better than a wide area without detail. Set your light from the side when photographing and the marks in the terrain will stand out.
Dust clings around the feet and on the lower hems of the clothing. It is applied lightly, with pigment or heavily thinned paint, always from the bottom upward and never over the whole figure. The footwear deserves a darker and more worn tone than the rest of the kit. Finish by unifying everything with matte varnish, which evens out the differences in sheen. Leave the rest of the surface clean; the contrast between a dusty lower half and dry clothing is what gives the impression of walking.
