This add-on set from the manufacturer Quickboost (the resin division of the Czech company Aires) is not a model but a replacement resin part for models of the Focke-Wulf Fw 190D-9 fighter in 1:72 scale. The casting replaces the coaming over the instrument panel.
The Focke-Wulf Fw 190D-9, nicknamed the Dora, was a powerful late fighter of the Second World War. The instrument panel coaming is well visible when the canopy is open, and the plastic version tends to be thick and simplified. The resin part brings a thinner and truer shape that gives the cockpit the right proportions.
Wash the mold release agent off the part and cut the casting block off carefully. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate) and do the sanding with respiratory protection. Paint the coaming in the matching cockpit shade before you glue it in.
An add-on set in resin, not a complete model. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
