A set of pre-cut self-adhesive Peewit masks for the model of the German Heinkel He 111P-2 bomber in 1:72 scale. It is not a kit but an accessory for spraying the numerous frames of the fully glazed nose and the cockpit cleanly. The masks follow the shape of the frames of a specific kit exactly.
The Heinkel He 111P-2 was a German twin-engine medium bomber of the Second World War, typical for its fully glazed, asymmetric nose cabin. The P version was powered by inverted V12 Daimler-Benz engines. The He 111 became one of the main bombers of the Luftwaffe, above all in the early phase of the war.
Apply the masks to a clean, degreased and dry surface and press their edges down well so that the paint does not creep underneath. Apply the paint in thin coats, ideally with an airbrush at lower pressure. The heavily glazed nose has many frames, so mask patiently, piece by piece. Remove the masks while the paint is still fresh, so that they do not tear off the dried finish.
This is a masking set, not a model. The aircraft kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
