Die-cut self-adhesive Peewit painting masks for a model of the Hawker Hurricane Mk.I fighter in 1:72 scale. They cover the frames of the cockpit glazing while spraying. It is not a kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of precisely cut self-adhesive masks from Peewit meant for painting a plastic model of the Hawker Hurricane Mk.I fighter in 1:72 scale. It is neither a kit nor a finished model: these are painting masks that reliably cover the frames of the cockpit glazing and the areas that are to stay clear while paint is sprayed. The masks are shaped to fit a particular kit of this aircraft in the given scale.
The Hawker Hurricane was a British single-seat fighter powered by the Rolls-Royce Merlin V12 engine. The Mk.I was the first production version and, together with the Spitfire, formed the backbone of British fighter defense during the Battle of Britain, where Hurricanes shot down the largest share of enemy machines. The construction, with a tube frame and a partly fabric covering, was easy to repair.
This is an accessory to a plastic kit. The model itself, paints and glue are not included in the package.
