About product

Masking tape 3 mm - 18 m (Mirage Hobby)

A modeling masking tape 3 mm wide and 18 meters long. It offers a low tack that is gentle to the surface below and a clean edge while spraying. The 3 mm width is a good compromise between precision and running the tape smoothly along a longer surface.

Use

  • Defining crisp edges and color transitions.
  • Masking lines and narrower strips.
  • A complement to wider and narrower tapes in a multicolor scheme.

Who it is for

For modelers who spray with an airbrush or paint with a brush and want crisp, clean color transitions on aircraft, vehicles and other models.

Let the paint set before lifting the tape off and peel it away slowly at a shallow angle.
