The second part of a decal series in 1:72 scale from the maker Exotic Decals. It is not a kit but an add-on for a plastic model of the Bell P-39 Airacobra fighter. The sheet follows on from the first part and brings further markings of Italian co-belligerent Airacobras.
The Bell P-39 Airacobra was an American fighter with the engine placed behind the pilot and with a nose gear. After the armistice in 1943 the Italian Co-Belligerent Air Force operated these machines in olive green upper surfaces with light gray undersides and yellow identification stripes. The second part of the series adds further machines and their markings to the first.
Small motifs in 1:72 scale call for careful handling. Prepare a gloss surface under the decals, soak the motifs briefly in lukewarm water and transfer them onto the model. A decal softener will help them cling into the detail, and you fix the result with a clear varnish.
These are stand-alone decals. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
