A resin detail accessory of the Quickboost brand, made by Aires, intended to refine the plastic kit of the Junkers Ju 88G-6 night fighter in 1:72 scale. The set captures the nose radar antennas of the FUG240 type with a fine detail that plastic reproduces only with difficulty.
The Ju 88G-6 was a late night fighter version of the proven twin-engine Ju 88. On the nose it carried a radar with characteristic antennas that made it possible to find targets at night; rendering them faithfully is a typical recognition feature of a night fighter.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, separate them from the casting blocks and bond them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Attach the thin antennas only at the end of the build, so that they do not get damaged.
This is an accessory for a kit, not an aircraft model. The kit itself is not included in the package.
