1:72 Ki-61 II bubble top is a photo-etched accessory set for a kit you have already bought, not a model. It is intended for the version with the teardrop cockpit canopy and the lowered fuselage spine.
Responsibility details are not available.
An accessory set of photo-etched parts in 1:72 scale from the Czech maker Brengun. It is cut for the RS Models plastic kit; without that kit the set cannot be used, because it holds no airframe parts. The benefit of photo-etched parts lies in the thickness of the material: metal sheet in tenths of a millimeter matches the scale substantially better than a plastic part, which has to be much heavier because of the mold.
The Kawasaki Ki-61 was a Japanese fighter with a liquid-cooled inverted V12 engine, a type of powerplant that Japanese air units used only exceptionally. The second-generation version received larger lifting surfaces and a more powerful engine. The configuration known as the bubble top had a lowered spine on the rear fuselage and a teardrop cockpit canopy, which gave the pilot a view to the rear.
With a lowered rear fuselage the cockpit tends to be very visible, so it pays to spend time finishing it. Do not remove excess super glue around a joint with a finger or a cloth; let it dry and sand it off with a fine-grit file or a sanding sponge. A whitened surface can be rescued by light polishing and oversparying. Fit the clear canopy at the very end, after the photo-etched frames and the interior fittings are glued in.
This is an accessory set, not a kit. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
