This kit in 1:72 scale renders the multi-purpose Let L-60 Brigadyr high-wing monoplane in its military version. It is an injection-molded plastic model from the Czech maker Kovozavody Prostejov; it contains a clear part for the canopy and a decal sheet. The exact number of parts and the particular marking options are on the sheet in the package.
The L-60 Brigadyr was a Czechoslovak single-engined all-metal high-wing monoplane of the 1950s with outstanding take-off and landing qualities. It followed the concept of a light liaison and observation aircraft and was used for liaison, observation, towing and training duties. Thanks to its rugged landing gear it could operate from grass and unpaved strips.
Thin cement for plastic and cleaning up the parting lines before painting both work well. Finish and paint the cockpit and interior before closing up the fuselage. We recommend a primer, an airbrush for even coverage and a matte or semi-gloss varnish according to the subject. Glue the struts and landing gear with careful seating.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included, unless stated otherwise.
