Eduard 1:72 Luftwaffe rudder pedals PRINT is a 3D printed set of rudder pedals for the cockpits of German aircraft of the Second World War.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is not an airplane model but a detail accessory from Eduard in 1:72 scale made by direct 3D printing. The set contains the rudder pedals typical of Luftwaffe fighters and other aircraft and serves to detail the cockpit.
On plastic models the rudder pedals are usually only roughly suggested or missing altogether. 3D printing makes it possible to create an openwork, filigree structure with treadles and linkage that markedly lifts the impression of an open cockpit. The parts suit a whole range of period German types.
Carefully separate the tiny pedals from the print supports and clean them up; work with tweezers and protect your airways while sanding. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Paint them with a dark metallic base, add fine highlights and a light wash to bring out the structure.
