Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the Soviet MiG-17 PF jet fighter in 1:72 scale from the Polish maker Plastyk. The box holds plastic sprues, clear parts and a decal sheet; it is an older, simpler tooling, and the exact contents differ from box to box.
The MiG-17 was a Soviet subsonic jet fighter of the early 1950s that followed on from the MiG-15 and brought, among other things, an improved swept wing. The PF version was an all-weather interceptor fitted with an onboard radar in the nose for night operations and operations in difficult weather. In its various versions the aircraft served with a number of countries for decades.
Clean up the older parts, check how the fuselage halves seat, fill the joints and sand them back. Glue with thin plastic cement, mask the canopy glazing and fit it once the interior is finished. The look of the all-metal airframe comes from metallic paint or a clear coat with a metallic shade; stir the pigment of metallic paints thoroughly before use and apply them over a smooth base.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
