Responsibility details are not available.
A colored photo-etched instrument panel for the cockpit of the American Curtiss P-40 fighter in the Tomahawk form in 1:72 scale from Yahu Models. It is not an aircraft model but a finished, pre-printed and painted cockpit accessory, which replaces the plastic instrument panel in the base kit and raises the realism of the cockpit.
The Curtiss P-40 was an American single-seat fighter powered by the Allison V-1710 V12 engine. The early versions, known to the British as the Tomahawk, served at the start of the Second World War with the RAF in North Africa and also became famous with the Flying Tigers volunteer group in China, where the machines carried the well-known shark mouth on the nose. The P-40 was rugged and tough, but it lagged behind the best of its rivals in agility.
This is a finished colored photo-etched cockpit accessory, not an aircraft kit. The base model and glue are not included in the package.
