Responsibility details are not available.
A supplementary set for a model of the American P-51B/C Mustang fighter aircraft in 1:72 scale. According to the name it is intended for Arma Hobby kits, so it reckons with the shapes of a particular model.
The P-51B and the P-51C are two production forms of the same version of the Mustang, differing only in the factory they came from. They are told from the later and better-known D version at first glance: the spine of the fuselage is drawn out behind the cockpit and the canopy is framed, so the pilot practically cannot see to the rear. It was precisely this shortcoming that led to the additional bulged canopy which some of the machines received. Under the cowling works a Merlin V12 built under license in the United States, and in the wing there are four machine guns of 12.7 mm caliber. With drop tanks these Mustangs managed to escort bomber formations deep over the continent.
Supplementary sets move a model to where a production molding cannot reach, and at 1:72 scale there are many such places. The extent of the package and the recommended procedure are given by the manufacturer in the instructions, so read them before you cut anything.
For builders of early Mustangs at a small scale who want to take a model beyond the level of a box build.
The kit of the aircraft, the paints and the glue are not part of the set, unless stated otherwise.
