A set of water-slide decals from Star Decals in 1:72 scale. The first part of the desert series brings markings for PzKpfw I Ausf A light tanks committed in the North African campaign.
The PzKpfw I Ausf A was a small German light tank that served above all for training and, in the early phases of the war, in combat as well. In North Africa it appeared with the first German units and carried the desert coloring and tactical numbers typical of this battlefield.
Apply the decals in the wet way onto gloss varnish. Varnish the area with a clear gloss varnish first, soak the decal briefly, move it into place and seat it. For adhesion to the detail a decal softener helps; once dry, go over it with a matte or satin varnish.
This is a set of decals, not a model. The vehicle, the paints and the varnish are not included in the package.
