Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the early German light tank Pz.Kpfw.II in the Ausf.b version in 1:72 scale from the Polish manufacturer IBG Models. The limited edition is completed with a 3D-printed fuel trailer, so it joins a classic plastic kit with a modern printed accessory.
The Pz.Kpfw.II was one of the first production German light tanks of the 1930s, conceived as an interim solution until the heavier types matured. The Ausf.b version belonged to the early series. The vehicle served in the campaigns in Poland and France mainly for reconnaissance and support. Because of the limited range, some machines were given a fuel trailer for longer independence during a rapid advance.
In the small scale work carefully with the tiny parts; wash the 3D-printed trailer, clean up the printing remains and bond it with super glue. Glue the plastic with thin modeling cement. Apply a primer before painting; the early German gray scheme comes to life with gentle lightening and a wash, and mud pigments on the running gear support the field look.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
