Avia S-199 exhaust stacks PRINT 1:72 is a 3D-printed resin set of exhaust stacks by Eduard for models of this postwar Czechoslovak fighter.
Responsibility details are not available.
A 3D-printed resin detail set of exhaust stacks in 1:72 scale by Eduard. It is not an airplane model but an accessory that replaces the exhausts of a plastic kit with more faithful parts. Direct 3D printing allows open mouths on the stacks and finer detail than conventional castings.
The Avia S-199 was created in postwar Czechoslovakia by combining the airframe of the Messerschmitt Bf 109G with the Junkers Jumo 211 bomber engine, because fighter engines were lacking. Its temperamental handling earned it the Czech nickname Mezek, meaning mule. The machine also made its mark in history as the first fighter of the Israeli Air Force in 1948.
Separate the parts carefully from the print supports, clean them up and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Protect your airways when sanding; apply a primer before painting, and subtle shading of the metal shades is advisable.
A 3D-printed detail set. It does not contain the model itself, paints or glue, unless stated otherwise.
