1:72 Sandbag armored wall (HESCO) is a Black Dog resin diorama base with a protective wall of bags filled with soil (of the HESCO type).
Responsibility details are not available.
A cast resin base in 1:72 scale rendering a protective barrier of wire-basket bags filled with soil (a system of the HESCO type), of the kind used for fortifying bases in recent operations. It serves as a scenic ground and an item of cover for figures and hardware of a smaller scale. This is an accessory, not a model of a vehicle.
The casting is of resin with a rendered texture of the wire basket and the filling. Before painting, wash the release agent off the parts, cut the sprue gates off and sand down with respiratory protection. Glue the joints with super glue (cyanoacrylate).
Apply primer and bring the texture of the basket and the soil out by layering earth tones, with washes and a dry brush. You finish the dust and the dirt off with pigments; match the coloring of the barrier to the surrounding terrain.
Supplied as an unassembled and unpainted resin casting. Paints, glue, figures and hardware are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
