Eduard Brassin 1:72 SC 250 German WWII bombs is a resin set of German aircraft bombs of the Second World War that completes the underwing stores of German aircraft models in 1:72 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is not a model of an aircraft, but a detail accessory in resin from Eduard. The set contains German SC 250 aircraft bombs of the Second World War in 1:72 scale and is used to complete the stores of models of German bombers and fighter-bombers. Decals with markings are usually included in the package.
The SC 250 (Sprengbombe Cylindrisch) was a German general-purpose high-explosive aircraft bomb weighing around 250 kg, one of the most used loads of the Luftwaffe. It was carried by machines such as the Ju 87 Stuka, the Ju 88, the He 111 and the Fw 190. A faithfully cast bomb body with its fins and fuze markedly raises the realism of a model's underwing stores.
Wash the resin parts with lukewarm soapy water because of the mold release agent. Cut off the casting blocks and sand the surfaces with respiratory protection, and glue the bombs with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Lay a primer down before painting; the bomb body is usually sprayed dark gray or green, and the markings are added with the decals supplied.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted; these are resin parts for completing a plastic model. The glue, the paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
