An extensive sheet in 1:72 scale with sixteen markings for the British Jaguar strike aircraft. Its core is eleven machines of squadrons 6, 41 and 54 from the desert operations of 1991 with nose art and mission tallies, supplemented by later options from the years 1985 to 2005.

The Jaguar came about as a joint Anglo-French project for a trainer, but it left the drawing board as a low-level strike aircraft. The Royal Air Force took it into the fighting in the Persian Gulf in 1991 and moved units from Coltishall to the Middle East. The machines were given a sand finish, painted on their noses pictures borrowed from a British satirical comic, and under the cockpit the marks for each mission flown accumulated. It is exactly this exceptional moment that makes up most of the content of the sheet.
Eleven markings belong to the desert operations, and with each of them the registration, the aircraft letter, the name of the nose art and the number of tallies are given, ranging from fourteen to forty-seven. The remaining five capture the type in other periods: a gray machine from 1989, an aircraft in an overall dark green finish from 1985, a two-tone gray machine from 2005, an aircraft with a special tail for an anniversary of the station and finally a machine whose green finish was painted over with a washable white coat for an exercise in Norway.
Count on the whole sheet not going onto one model. Choose your option beforehand and transfer the markings onto a paper silhouette before applying them, because the inscriptions under the cockpit differ in position between the machines. The washable white finish of the last option can be imitated with a thinly applied coat through which the green shows, which is the most interesting but also the most laborious choice on the sheet.
