The parts are not polystyrene, so ordinary cement for plastic models will not join them. Use super glue and apply it in a small amount, ideally with the tip of a toothpick. Cut off the excess material with a sharp blade a little away from the part and sand the remainder carefully so as not to touch the surface detail. Wash the parts in lukewarm water with a drop of dish soap before painting and degrease them; only then lay on a thin base coat on which the paint holds reliably.
For modelers who build vehicles in 1:72 scale and want to complete a model beyond the contents of the kit. In this scale the individual pieces are small, so it pays to work over a light mat, with tweezers with fine tips and in good light. Test-fit the parts dry before gluing and think through the order of work, because small pieces are hard to align once glued on.
Paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
