Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the Soviet MiG-3 fighter aircraft in 1:72 scale from Hobby Boss. It is an easily built model with a lower number of parts, finely engraved panel lines, a cockpit and a clear canopy part. Check the instructions supplied for the exact contents of the package and the number of parts.
The MiG-3 was a Soviet single-seat fighter of the early Second World War powered by a liquid-cooled V12 engine. It was designed above all for combat at high altitude, where it stood out for its speed, while at low and medium altitudes it was less agile. It entered service from 1941 and proved itself above all in air defense units. It asked more of its pilots, yet it played an important part in the first months of the fighting on the Eastern Front.
Glue the parts with liquid modeling cement for plastic, and the fine and clear parts rather with cyanoacrylate. Paint the cockpit and add its details before you close the fuselage up, and the clear canopy can be protected with a mask while spraying. Laying down a primer and painting with an airbrush is worth doing, and bring out the panel lines with a fine wash. Fit the small parts only after painting.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
