Eduard 1:72 Spitfire Mk.I/II/V Wheels is a set of 3D printed resin wheels for sharpening up the landing gear of Spitfire fighter models in 1:72 scale.

This is an aftermarket set of 3D printed resin wheels that replace the plastic parts from the box and markedly raise the level of landing gear detail. The wheels are designed for models of the Supermarine Spitfire of the early and middle versions (Mk.I, Mk.II and Mk.V) in 1:72 scale. It is not an airplane model but an accessory meant to improve a finished kit.
Direct 3D printing allows crisp definition of the tire tread, fine hub detail and a realistic hint of weighting (a slight flattening where the wheel meets the ground). The parts are in the color of the resin and are meant to be painted.
Separate the wheels carefully from the print supports, lightly sand the contact patches and wash off any print resin residue with lukewarm water and detergent. Bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Before filling and painting we recommend a coat of primer; the tire and the hub are easy to separate by masking.
The accessory is supplied unpainted. Paints, glue and the base model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
