Wash the parts in lukewarm soapy water. Cut the casting blocks off and sand the surfaces down with respiratory protection. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Paint the rim and the tire separately, and a light dusting with pigments comes in useful at the end.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
