GAS HANS 1:72 T-55 OMSh Tracks is a resin set of replacement OMSh tracks for models of the T-55 tank in 1:72 scale.

This is not a tank model but an add-on set of replacement resin tracks for built T-55 models in 1:72 scale. The tracks are 3D designed and cast as finished links already joined into a run, so once separated from the sprue gates they simply go onto the running gear. They replace the one-piece rubber or plastic tracks from the box and give the model a more faithful texture and a more realistic sag.
OMSh tracks with an open hinge and a single pin were used on the Soviet medium tanks of the T-54, T-55 and T-62 series. They are distinguished by their link pattern and are among the typical recognition features of these postwar vehicles.
Wash any residue off the parts first and separate them carefully from the sprue gates. Bond them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Protect your airways when sanding resin. The tracks look best in dark steel shades completed with pigments, rust and a deposit of mud or dust according to the setting you choose.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
