Star Decals 1:72 War in Ukraine No. 16 - Russian TOS-1A is a sheet of waterslide decals with the markings of Russian TOS-1A heavy flamethrower rocket launchers of 2022-23.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a sheet of wet, that is waterslide, decals in 1:72 scale, not a kit. The set is devoted to the Russian TOS-1A heavy rocket launcher systems deployed in 2022 and 2023. The decals will round out a matching plastic model with period tactical markings and identification symbols.
The TOS-1A is a heavy rocket launcher on a tank chassis carrying a bank of unguided thermobaric rockets. The system serves to destroy fortified and open targets over an area at short range. The vehicles deployed in the period named carried tactical numbers and improvised identification marks characteristic of the equipment in this conflict.
Coat the area under the decal with a gloss varnish so that it beds down perfectly. Soak the cut-out decal in lukewarm water, slide it onto the model and set its position. A decal softener will help it settle into the detail, and a final matte varnish will blend the markings into the surface.
This is a standalone sheet of decals. The model, the paints and the varnish are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
