This is a resin (3D printed) replacement wheel set, not a kit. The wheels replace the plastic parts of a model of the heavy wheeled tractor and tank transporter MAZ-537G and bring a more faithful tread pattern and sharper hub detail than injected parts usually have.
The MAZ-537G was a Soviet heavy tractor with all-wheel drive, used above all as a tractor for semi-trailer tank transporters and for moving oversized loads. Its massive wheels with an off-road tread are characteristic of the silhouette of the vehicle, so a faithful rendering of them raises the overall impression of a model considerably.
Wash the parts to remove any print resin residue, separate the wheels from the print supports and bond them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). We recommend a fine primer and emphasizing the tread pattern with weathering pigments and washes for realistic dust and mud.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
