Responsibility details are not available.
This 1:72 plastic kit depicts the Soviet Yakovlev Yak-18T light aircraft. It is an injection-molded short-run model from the Ukrainian maker Amodel with a decal sheet and clear cabin parts. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The Yak-18T is the four-seat variant in the family of proven Yakovlev trainers. Unlike the older tandem versions it was given a wider fuselage with an enclosed cabin seating the crew side by side, and nose landing gear. It served for basic and advanced training and as a light touring and liaison machine. It was powered by a radial piston engine and its rugged structure earned it wide use.
Clean up the short-run parts before gluing and dry-fit them to see how they sit. Bond them with thin plastic cement. The cabin interior is clearly visible on an aircraft with this much glazing, so it is worth attention before the fuselage is closed. Use a primer and an airbrush for painting, glue the cabin glazing on last and lay the decals onto a gloss coat.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
