Cattail (bulrush) 1:72/1:87 (Model Scene)

This is not a model but a scenic accessory for dioramas and model railways. The set contains precisely laser-cut parts in fine colored paper for making cattails (the genus Typha), completed by wire stems and fine brown scatter material for the characteristic cylindrical spike. Cattails bring the banks of water features and wetlands in the small 1:72/1:87 scale to life.

Use

• Fit the leaves and the spikes onto the wire stems and set them into the terrain along the water.
• Make up the brown spike with the enclosed fine scatter material.
• The colors can be refined with acrylics or oils, but that is not necessary.
• Suitable for ponds, rivers and marshes; work with tweezers.
