A three-dimensional puzzle of the Eiffel Tower. The parts join together according to the enclosed instructions into a finished model of the Paris landmark.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Eiffel Tower rose in Paris for the World's Fair of 1889 and has since become a symbol of the whole city. It was designed by engineers from the studio of Gustave Eiffel, it stands on four legs splayed out in an arch, and its lattice structure of thousands of joined elements measures over three hundred meters. It was originally meant to be a temporary structure; in the end its use for telegraphy saved it, and today it is among the most visited monuments in the world.
Unlike a classic puzzle, what comes out of it is not a picture but a three-dimensional model that will stand on its own. The parts are put together in the order given by the instructions, from the base to the top, so the structure holds together even while you work. You will find the number of parts, the material and the recommended procedure in the instructions enclosed in the package, and it is sensible to keep to them, because with three-dimensional puzzles the order of the steps is decisive.
The puzzle suits as a gift, as a joint piece of weekend work and as a decoration for a shelf, and it calls for no modeling equipment. Glue, paints and lighting are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
