4BO RUSSIAN GREEN

AMMO 4BO Russian Green: matte acrylic paint

4BO Russian Green is a matte acrylic modeling paint from AMMO (Mig Jimenez) in shade 4BO, the Soviet standard protective green that military vehicles were painted with. It is a water-thinnable, odorless acrylic; it thins with water, and AMMO acrylic thinner can be used for airbrushing. Shade 4BO served the Soviet army as the standard for priming, corrosion protection and camouflage alike.

Use

• Applied with a brush or an airbrush, on plastic, resin and metal
• Thinned with water; use AMMO acrylic thinner for airbrushing
• Shake the bottle well before use (there is usually a mixing ball inside)
• Suitable as the base green for Soviet tanks and military vehicles
• An ideal base for washes, filters and pigment weathering

Who it is for

For military vehicle modelers who build Soviet and postwar vehicles and want a faithful, water-thinnable 4BO shade. Suitable for beginners and experienced modelers alike.

Keep out of the reach of children, and ventilate the room when working indoors for longer periods. Shake well before use.
