Green Stuff World 1:48 Metal Barrels is a set of diorama accessories with the motif of metal drums. These are finished elements of a scene, not a kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set belongs among diorama accessories, that is finished elements of a scene. A metal drum is one of the most universal props of a modeling setting: it stands by a workshop, by a fueling point, in the rear area of a unit and in the yard of an abandoned factory, and it serves just as well in a wartime, a civilian or a fantastical scene. The 1:48 scale given in the name matches the usual scale of aircraft dioramas and at the same time figures of around 28 mm, which the manufacturer has long focused on.
It suits modelers who build an environment around a finished model, and players of tabletop games who add to their terrain. Green Stuff World specializes in small scenic accessories, so the set follows on well from further features of its range, for example wooden barrels in the same scale. Everyone adapts the look to their scene, from freshly filled drums to wrinkled and faded pieces on a dump.
This is a diorama accessory, not a model. The number of pieces in the package and the dimensions are given by the manufacturer on the packaging.
