This plastic kit in 1:24 scale from the Ukrainian manufacturer ICM captures the classic American passenger car Ford Model A in the Standard Phaeton version with a folding fabric roof. The box holds injection-molded plastic parts, rubber tires, decals and assembly instructions. Small clear lenses for the headlights are included as well.
The Ford Model A was one of the most successful production cars of its day and replaced the legendary Model T. The open Phaeton body with its folding fabric roof was one of the elegant and affordable variants of the 1930s, which today stand for the era of early motoring.
Smooth the body with a surfacer and spray it with an airbrush; a car of this era suits a gloss painted finish. Pay attention to the folding roof, the spoke wheels and the chrome details. Use liquid cement for plastic on the joints.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
