This injection-molded plastic set from the Ukrainian brand ICM in 1:24 scale contains three separate kits of different variants of the Ford Model T car, nicknamed Tin Lizzie. The complete set offers both passenger and utility bodies of this pioneering vehicle.
The Ford Model T was built from 1908 to 1927 and became the first mass-affordable car in history: more than fifteen million were made. It was powered by a four-cylinder engine of about 2.9 liters with a simple two-speed planetary transmission. The car was bodied in many forms, from open roadsters to light delivery vans and fire service specials.
Glue the plastic parts with thin modeling cement for plastic, apply a primer before painting and spray with an airbrush or use good brushes. The small period details stand out when the parting lines are cleaned up carefully.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
