The Ford Mustang Boss 351 was the peak of the sporting Mustang range for the 1971 model year. It was powered by a reworked 351 cubic inch Cleveland V8 with an output of around 330 horsepower under a hood with a ram air intake. It was built for a single year only and in limited numbers, which today makes it a sought-after collector car of the golden era of American muscle cars.
Glue the parts with a thin cement for plastic, sand the body joints down and apply a primer before spraying. The gloss finish of the body comes into its own after polishing; paint the chrome and interior parts separately. Watch the correct order of painting the engine and the chassis before you close the body up.
