This is an add-on set in 1:35 scale, not a model of the rocket launcher. According to the name it holds ten pieces of 15 cm caliber rockets together with transport containers. The set belongs to a diorama with a firing position, to a supply vehicle and to the rocket launcher itself, around which a scene otherwise looks suspiciously tidy.
The German 15cm Nebelwerfer was a towed rocket launcher with a bundle of barrels on a gun carriage derived from an anti-tank gun. It fired a salvo which was gone within a few seconds, and its rockets could be heard at a distance before they landed; Allied soldiers gave them several unflattering nicknames because of it. The price for the firepower was a marked cloud of smoke which gave the position away at once, so the crew moved on quickly after a salvo. The rockets were carried to the battery in protective containers, out of which they were unpacked only just before loading, and the empty containers then piled up by the position.
The set stands out most when it does not lie tidily lined up: some of the rockets in their containers, some ready to be loaded, the containers scattered around. Tell the metal surfaces apart from the warhead and add burrs and the dirt of handling. The small parts are joined with a glue of short setting time, and it pays to work over a light surface.
