Responsibility details are not available.
A 3D-printed resin set in 1:35 scale. It holds the tie-down loops, that is the steel eyes welded to the hull and the superstructure of the British Centurion tank, by which the vehicle was lashed down for transport. The manufacturer offers several styles designated Style 1 to Style 5, and this is style 5. It is a detail accessory, not a kit of the vehicle.
The Centurion was a British main battle tank that arrived at the very end of the Second World War and stayed in service with a number of armies into the 1990s. Over that long career it went through dozens of versions and countless modifications, so the shape of its small metal details changes from batch to batch and from army to army. The tie-down loops held the tank on a railroad flatcar and on a lowboy semi-trailer, and they belong among the things that a kit renders only roughly or leaves out altogether.
Wash the parts in lukewarm soapy water. Cut the print supports off with a sharp scalpel and level the pad under the loop so that the part sits against the armor without a gap. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) and mark the position in advance with a faint line, because once it has set there is no correcting it. Paint them together with the vehicle, after gluing, and then bring out the small loops with a dark wash and wear on the edges where the cable rubbed.
This is an accessory for the model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
