Responsibility details are not available.
A set of five figures of French civilians of the 1930s and 1940s in 1:35 scale from MiniArt. The combination of materials is what makes it special: the bodies of the figures are injection-molded plastic, while the heads are resin, which offers finer modeling of the faces. These are therefore not separate replacement heads but complete figures whose resin heads raise the level of detail.
The figures portray ordinary French civilians in period civilian clothing of the prewar and wartime years. They suit bringing street and rear-area scenes to life, where there are not only soldiers but also local inhabitants. The set fills in the atmosphere of a scene.
First wash the resin heads free of any remaining mold release agent and separate the casting blocks; glue resin with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Glue the plastic bodies with a thin plastic cement, then fill and sand the seams. Paint in layers; skin tones on the resin heads come out well thanks to the sharp detail, and finish the faces and the eyes last.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
