The container that cans are still named after in English. The 1:35 German WWII jerrycans set from the brand Royal Model works up the German standard can in 1:35 scale.

The German standard twenty-liter jerrycan is one of the few objects of the Second World War that are still made practically unchanged today. Royal Model has worked it up as an accessory in 1:35 scale for models of vehicles and for figure scenes.
The container was created in the middle of the 1930s and was exceptionally well thought out for its time. Three handles side by side made it possible for one man to carry two full containers and for a pair of men to pass them along a chain without stopping. The pressed cross on the sides held the shape and left the sheet some room as the contents expanded, the folding lever closed the neck without tools and an air channel allowed quick pouring without gurgling. The Allies captured the container in North Africa, took it apart and copied it, and because it came from the Germans they named it after their nickname for the enemy. The English name for the jerrycan has its origin there to this day.
The jerrycans were painted in the same color as the vehicles, but they wore out faster. Rub the edges of the handles and the lower rim down to bare metal and suggest traces of spillage around the neck. Anyone who wants to be precise will tell the fuel and water containers apart with different markings and will choose the shade according to the year and the theater.
The package contains accessories without a surface finish; there are no finishing materials in it.
