Moroccan Goumier Rifles, 1943 is a set of figures of Moroccan goumiers in 1:35 scale from ICM.
Responsibility details are not available.
This plastic figure set in 1:35 scale from the Ukrainian company ICM captures Moroccan goumiers in French service in the period of 1943. The package contains four figures with their characteristic cloaks (djellaba), period equipment and rifles. It is a kit of injection-molded plastic.
The subject is the Moroccan goumier units fighting alongside the Allies in the Second World War, among other places in the Italian campaign. Characteristic features are the striped woolen cloaks and traditional items of equipment combined with period weapons. The set offers an unusual and colorful subject for dioramas.
Cut the parts from the sprues and fit them together, and use liquid cement for plastic to glue them. Apply a primer, paint the striped cloaks patiently by layering and accentuate the folds with washes. The textile look of the wool is helped by matte shades and fine dry shading.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
