Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic set of figures of Soviet tank riders of 1943 to 1945 in 1:35 scale from ICM. The set contains four figures of soldiers in poses suited to sitting on the hull of a tank, the way Soviet infantry rode into battle. An ideal accessory for models of Soviet tanks and for Eastern Front dioramas.
So-called tank desant was a Soviet tactic in which the infantry rode right on the armor of the tanks to the immediate vicinity of the enemy. The soldiers thus moved quickly together with the armored vehicles and, once they jumped off, supported the attack. This tactic was typical of the closing years of the Second World War on the Eastern Front.
Cut the parts from the sprues and join them with plastic cement; check the poses of the figures by a dry fit directly on the particular tank model. Paint the uniforms in shades of khaki and brown, pick out the details of the gear and the weapons, and apply a wash into the folds. Figures seated on the hull bring any diorama to life.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
