Responsibility details are not available.
A plastic kit from the Ukrainian manufacturer ICM with two figures of German machine gunners of the First World War period. The set is thematically tied to the heavy machine gun MG08 and is intended to be assembled, painted and set into a diorama of trench warfare. The figures are injection-molded from plastic.
The Maschinengewehr 08 (MG08) was a German heavy machine gun derived from the Maxim design, introduced in 1908 and deployed throughout the First World War. Water-cooled and mounted on a heavy sledge mount, it formed the backbone of defensive fire in the trenches. The team consisted of several soldiers seeing to the firing, loading and cooling of the weapon.
Separate the parts from the sprue, clean them up and glue them with cement for plastic. Once primer has been applied, German field uniforms come into their own after the folds have been brought out with a wash and dry brushing. A steel metallic paint fills out the metal parts of the weapon. The figures fit well into a trench scene.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
