A plastic kit of the Imperial AT-ST walker from the world of Star Wars in 1:48 scale. The model comes from the precise Bandai tooling and carries the Revell brand. The color-molded parts snap together without glue and with a minimum of painting. The box offers a detailed cockpit with an optional hatch position, clear parts for the blaster effect, a pilot figure and a stand.
The AT-ST (All Terrain Scout Transport) is a two-man armored walker of the Galactic Empire with its characteristic rocking gait on two legs. It is known above all from the battle for the moon of Endor, where it serves for reconnaissance and infantry support.
The snap-fit system allows a quick and stable build even for beginners. For a more realistic look, adding panel shading, picking out the edges with a dry brush and unifying the surfaces with a matte coat are recommended. The clear blaster parts come into their own after a light tint. The legs can be arranged into a dynamic pose.
The model is color-molded and is put together by snapping the parts. Glue and paints are not needed for the basic assembly.
