The model from the Ukrainian manufacturer ICM makes an effective display pair and is glued by the classic modeling procedure. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The Ryan BQM-34A Firebee (earlier designation Q-2C) was an American jet training target developed at the end of the 1950s. It served to train pilots and air defense crews and became one of the most widespread unmanned targets of its day. It was launched from the ground and from the air and returned on a parachute after its mission. The package also includes the transport trailer, which fills out the ground handling scene.
Leave the target and the trailer separate for spraying. The Firebee was typically painted a striking signal orange or red for good visibility, which makes the model a rewarding subject in terms of color; use a base primer and saturated opaque shades. The trailer repays light weathering and picking out the chassis.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
